Annie Wersching è morta a 45 anni.
La notizia è arrivata pochi minuti fa; l’attrice soffriva di cancro, diagnosticato nel 2020, ed aveva continuato a lavorare fino a pochi mesi fa. I fan del Marvel Cinematic Universe la ricorderanno per il ruolo di Leslie Dean in Marvel’s Runaways, la serie tv prodotta da Marvel Television e andata in onda su Hulu tra il 2017 e il 2019.
La Wersching ha interpretato, tramite motion-capture, il personaggio di Tess nel videogioco The Last Of Us; ha recitato in Star Trek: Picard nel ruolo della Regina Borg, Tra gli altri crediti occorre ricordare il film Una settimana da Dio e le serie tv The Vampire Diaries, Timeless e Bosch.
